The lobby had a beautifully presented atmosphere, with tidy and well-arranged rooms. The lighting control was the best I've ever experienced, and the shower and bathroom facilities were top-notch. The hotel's central location made it convenient for exploring, and the on-site restaurant blew us away with its delicious food. The buffet breakfast was not only lovely but also great value for money. The cleanliness and comfort of the rooms were excellent, and the staff serving us were incredibly friendly. A huge shoutout and thank you to Ralph for upgrading our room and explaining the benefits of being an ACCOR group member. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel. Additionally, the convenient parking and lift made transferring our luggage a breeze. The breakfast was enjoyable, and we loved the fact that there were restaurants and bars within a short walking distance.

The hotel was bright and fairly clean, well laid out and stocked rooms. The staff members were very very helpful and excellent. The breakfast was above average with fresh fruit, the bacon and affordable rates and the restaurant food was amazing.

Facilities were clean, though Wi-Fi was kind of slow.

Beautiful designed and exceptional hotel in a beautiful sleek style building. The rooms with nice sized bathroom and fresh towels, as for instance. Above average and savoury breakfast to star a day with natural yoghurt and hot dishes, for instance. Location - absolutely perfect and fantastic, really close to restaurant downstairs-main, local coastal boardwalk, and best restaurants and cafes. Fabulous short stay, as always.

Wi-Fi was kind of slow.

It was close to church, and the Repco store, marvellous and decent location overall. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic with affordable rates, hot dishes, the bacon, worth the price.

Excellent service, parking on site. Exceptionally comfortable beds and floor to ceiling windows, it's own balcony and plenty space...

The restaurant here was NICE with grey breakfast, we both ordered wonderful dishes.

Location: the hotel was very close to beach and shops and the restaurant and breakfast and shopping centre. It also was close to everything New Plymouth has to offer. Booked a room with a bath. The breakfast was warm and savoury at affordable rates; well priced.

Such a very nice stay on a business trip. Generous-sized, fashionable room, fast Wi-Fi. Particularly good and fab location to Brooklands Zoo.

The location was perfectly comfortable, relatively near Coastal Walkway. We also went to city center, located a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel.
